Author Guidelines
Please use the following guidelines to prepare your manuscript before sending it.
These author guidelines are effective for the June 2026 issue and above. Authors should read these guidelines and prepare the paper using the provided template.
This journal is published in English or Indonesian. Each paper consists of at least 8 pages, including the bibliography. Papers submitted to the journal must be arranged according to the following structure:
- a concise and informative title
- full names and affiliations of all the authors, including e-mail addresses
- an informative abstract of 150–250 words
- a list of relevant keywords with a minimum of five keywords
- full text of the paper with the IMRaD structure
- acknowledgment
- list of 15 references
Starting from the September 2026 issue, all submitted manuscripts are required to use the latest template provided by the journal. Authors are expected to adjust their writing format according to the template requirements before submitting the article. | The title should be clear and concise. Only the beginning of the title uses capital letters and is not bold. The author's name and affiliation as written above. The author's name is written clearly without a title. |
Abstract
The abstract must be written concisely, clearly, and compactly in a single paragraph containing the background of the problem, research objectives, methods used, main research results, and conclusions. The abstract should be written in 150–250 words using Book Antiqua font, 9 pt size, with single spacing and a single-column format.
Keywords: Component; formatting; style; styling; insert (maximum 5 keywords).
Note: If the article is written in Indonesian, the abstract must be provided in both Indonesian and English. However, if the article is written in English, the abstract should be provided in English only.
INTRODUCING
IIn the Introduction section, researchers are expected to explain the background and existing phenomena underlying the study, including prior work, hypotheses, and the problems to be discussed. This section should clearly present the research objectives, research questions, and the significance of the study. In addition, the introduction must provide an explicit background, a sharp statement of the problem, relevant literature related to the topic, the proposed approach or solution, and the novelty or added value of the research. The literature review included in this section should emphasize the differences between the current manuscript and previous studies, while also serving as the theoretical foundation for the research methodology and supporting the analysis presented in the Results and Discussion section. The text should be organized into sections and/or subsections, with each heading typed on a separate line using the modified Heading 1 format.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
The Method section explains the overall research process in a systematic and scientific manner, enabling the study to be replicated and validated by other researchers. This section should describe the research timeline, research design, data collection techniques, research procedures, and methods of analysis used in the study. The research timeline may include the stages of preparation, data acquisition, processing, analysis, testing, and evaluation. The research design should clearly explain the type of research, the decision-making model or framework applied, the criteria and alternatives involved, as well as the variables used in the study. In addition, the research procedure should be presented in a structured form, such as algorithms, flowcharts, pseudocode, or step-by-step computational processes, particularly for studies involving system development, mathematical modeling, or decision support methods. Each stage of the procedure must be explained clearly to demonstrate how the proposed method works in solving the research problem. The data acquisition subsection should describe the source of the data, data characteristics, sampling techniques, instruments used, and the process of data validation.
RESULT AND DISCUSSIONS
The Results and Discussion section presents the findings of the research in a clear and structured manner while providing a comprehensive interpretation of those findings. The results may be displayed using figures, graphs, tables, or other visual representations to enhance readability and facilitate understanding of the data. Each table, figure, or graphical element must be properly described, explained, and analyzed so that its meaning and relevance to the research objectives are clearly understood. Furthermore, the discussion should interpret the results by linking them to the research questions, theoretical framework, and findings from previous studies. This includes explaining patterns, trends, similarities, or differences observed in the results, as well as providing possible reasons behind these outcomes. The discussion should also highlight the implications of the findings and how they contribute to the development of existing knowledge or practical applications in the field. As stated in the Introduction section, the manuscript structure follows a hierarchical format where sections are written using modified Heading 1, while subsections are organized using modified Heading 2. This structure ensures clarity, consistency, and logical flow throughout the paper.
CONCLUSION
Provide statements that clarify what is expected, as stated in the "Introduction" section, which is based on the result, as stated in the "Results and Discussion" section. In other words, your research finding is stated here. Moreover, it can also be added to the prospect of the development of research results and application prospects of further studies into the next (based on results and discussion). A conclusion is usually written in one paragraph and avoids using bullet points for your conclusion.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT (Optional)
The acknowledgments are given at the end of the research paper and should at a minimum name the sources of funding that contributed to the article. You may also recognize other people who contributed to the article or data contained in the article but at a level of effort that does not justify their inclusion as authors. You may also state the research grant contract number if any.
REFERENCES
All reference citations cited in this article use reference tools such as MENDELEY with IEEE format, 80% of the literature within the last 10 years at least. The minimum number of references used is 15 references.
