Klasifikasi Spesies Teripang (Holothuroidea) Menggunakan YOLOv11
Abstract
Teripang merupakan sumber daya hayati laut yang memiliki nilai ekologis dan ekonomis tinggi, namun identifikasi spesiesnya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan akibat kemiripan karakteristik morfologi antarspesies. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model klasifikasi spesies teripang berbasis citra digital menggunakan YOLOv11. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri atas 1.000 citra tiga spesies teripang, yaitu Holothuria scabra, Holothuria atra, dan Holothuria leucospilota, yang diperoleh dari wilayah perairan Desa Serei dan Desa Paputungan, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Tahapan penelitian meliputi validasi ahli, pelabelan data, pembagian dataset dengan rasio 70:20:10, preprocessing, augmentasi pada data latih, pelatihan model YOLOv11n selama 50 epoch, evaluasi menggunakan data uji, serta implementasi model ke dalam sistem berbasis Gradio. Hasil evaluasi pada 100 data uji menunjukkan bahwa model memperoleh Precision sebesar 99,70%, Recall 100,00%, F1-Score 99,85%, mAP50 99,50%, dan mAP50-95 99,00%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kemampuan yang sangat baik dalam mengidentifikasi ketiga spesies teripang serta mampu mempertahankan performa pada data yang tidak digunakan selama proses pelatihan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan prototipe sistem berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses identifikasi spesies teripang secara otomatis melalui citra digital
