CHAIN: Journal of Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, and Informatics accepts original scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of computer technology, computer engineering, and informatics. Submitted manuscripts must fall within the journal's scope and demonstrate scientific rigor, methodological clarity, and relevance to research or practical applications.

1. Original Research Article
Reports original research involving the development, implementation, evaluation, or validation of methods, algorithms, models, systems, frameworks, or applications in computer technology, computer engineering, and informatics. Manuscripts must present clear research objectives, appropriate methods, verifiable results, and meaningful contributions to existing knowledge.
2. Review Article
Provides a critical and systematic synthesis of existing research on a relevant topic in computer technology, computer engineering, or informatics. Review articles should identify research trends, compare existing approaches, evaluate limitations, and highlight research gaps and potential directions for future studies. Systematic literature reviews and other rigorous review methodologies are welcome.
3. Technical Paper
Describes significant technical developments, including the design, architecture, implementation, optimization, testing, or performance evaluation of computer systems, software, hardware, networks, intelligent systems, and related technologies. The manuscript must provide sufficient technical detail and evidence to support its findings and facilitate reproducibility where applicable.
4. Applied Research Article
Focuses on the application of computing methods, information technologies, engineering techniques, or computational models to solve practical problems in industry, education, healthcare, agriculture, business, public services, or other relevant domains. Manuscripts should demonstrate the application context, implementation process, evaluation results, and practical significance.
5. Short Communication
Presents concise but significant findings, preliminary results, innovative technical insights, or focused contributions that warrant timely dissemination. Short communications must clearly explain their novelty, research approach, and principal findings despite their limited length.
Submission Requirements
All manuscripts must be original, must not have been published previously, and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors are expected to follow the journal's author guidelines, research ethics policies, citation requirements, and manuscript formatting standards. Each submission is subject to editorial screening and peer review in accordance with the journal's editorial policies.
