All submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening and peer review. Authors are required to submit original work that has not been previously published and is not simultaneously submitted to another journal.

Manuscripts must comply with the journal template, publication ethics, formatting standards, and reference requirements before entering the editorial and peer-review process.

Charged only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
