Journal of Information Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Science Account Registration Guide
Follow these steps to create an account and access journal services through Journal of Information Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Science.
Important Information
Prepare your personal information and an active email address before registering. Your email address is required to receive a registration confirmation link if email verification is enabled by the journal.

Click the Register Menu
Select Register from the journal website's navigation menu. If the option is not visible, check the navigation area or the login section.

Complete the Registration Form
Fill in all required fields with accurate and complete information.
Username
Create a username to access the system.
Password
Create a strong and secure password.
Repeat Password
Re-enter your password to confirm it.
Salutation
Enter your title or form of address, if applicable.
Given Name
Enter your first name.
Family Name
Enter your last name or family name.
Affiliation
Enter the name of your university, institution, or organization.
Country
Select the country where you live or where your institution is located.
Email (Must Be Active)
Enter an active email address that you can access. Your email must be active because it will be used to receive the registration confirmation link. Open the confirmation email and click the link to complete verification if required by the journal.

Submit Your Registration
Review all the information you have entered. Check any required agreement or confirmation box, then click Register to submit your registration form.

Confirm Your Email and Log In
Check your email inbox. If you receive a confirmation message from the journal system, open it and click the confirmation link. If the email is not in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder. Once confirmation is complete, go to Login and enter your username and password.

Start Using Your Account
After logging in successfully, you can access the features available to your account. To submit an article, select New Submission or Make a Submission, then follow the submission steps provided by the OJS system.
Important Notes
  • Use an active email address and make sure you can access it to receive the confirmation link.
  • Check your Spam or Junk folder if the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox.
  • Keep your username and password secure.
  • Contact the journal's management team through the official contact details on the website if you experience any registration or email confirmation issues.
