Review Policy
Every manuscript submitted to Journal of Information Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Science (ITSECS) undergoes a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review to ensure fairness, objectivity, and the publication of high-quality scientific research.
Editorial Workflow

The Editorial Office evaluates the manuscript for journal scope, formatting requirements, completeness, and similarity using Turnitin or other plagiarism detection software.

Reviewer Assignment
Suitable manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers using the Double-Blind Peer Review system.

Peer Review
Reviewers evaluate originality, methodology, novelty, ethics, references, discussion, conclusions, and the overall scientific contribution.

Editorial Decision
Reviewer recommendations are evaluated by the Editorial Board before the final publication decision is issued.

Editorial Decisions

Minor Revision
Authors revise minor issues before editorial approval.
Major Revision
Substantial revisions are required and may undergo another review round.

Manuscript does not meet publication standards.
